Returns & Exchanges Policy

At SetApart Supply, we operate with clarity, fairness, and accountability. Every product is created with intentionality, and we stand behind the quality of our work. If something falls short, we’ll take care of you.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Returns must be initiated within 35 days of delivery.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible unless damaged or defective.

  • Clearance items are final sale.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will replace or refund the item at no cost. Photo evidence may be required.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Custom engraved items (Unless arrives damaged) [Picture evidence will be required]

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Downloadables


Exchange Process

If you need a different size or color:

  1. Initiate an exchange through email.

  2. Send the item back.

  3. Once received, the replacement ships immediately.


Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable service.


Refunds

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
